Don’t kid yourself, no one has a product that can’t be bought someplace else, even if in a different form.

In an Amazon world, customers expectations for quality and service have risen through the roof. If your customer service chain is weak, it IS costing you sales.

Rather than preach, let’s step into the shoes of a customer. We’ve all been shoppers and likely have good and bad experiences to share.

This month we’ll have an open conversation where we’ll feed stories from all in attendance and explore ways that would have made these bad situations better.

Along the way, you will come away with ideas you can implement with your own customers to ensure an exemplary experience that will bring them back and get them to share GOOD stories with their friends.
